Concert 4: songbirdsongs

John Luther Adams’s songbirdsongs for piccolos and percussion (1974–1980) is a sensitive rendering of bird songs featuring species native to North America. Space is limited: register here today!

This performance will take place outdoors at the Guy Nearing Summer House if weather conditions allow. Dress warmly and bring hot drinks! In case of inclement weather, musicians will relocate to the nearby Ten-Eyck Room at the Nevin Welcome Center.
